Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a professional and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Leeton, NSW. This is a temporary assignment with the potential to extend.
* This role involves providing high-quality customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional frontline customer service, prioritizing client satisfaction
* Respond to customer inquiries and requests within a prompt and accurate timeframe
* Foster a positive experience for all customers, encouraging positive feedback and reviews
* Educate customers on digital services, providing guidance and support
* Capture and process customer information and requests accurately
* Record and manage customer data with high integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality
Requirements:
* Proven experience in delivering frontline customer service
* Minimum 2 years' experience in administration, call centre, or retail sectors
* Ability to work flexible hours (20-35 hours per week) between Monday to Friday
* Flexible to undergo training at Coffs Harbour or Penrith Offices for up to 10 days
