Who we're looking for :
We're seeking an experienced IT Certainty of Service Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple IT projects, ensuring our network and infrastructure supports an AI-driven future. You'll align program outcomes with organizational goals, manage interdependencies, risks, and resources, and provide governance and stakeholder engagement. This is a global role that will require collaboration across multiple regions and time zones, ensuring seamless delivery and communication with stakeholders worldwide. This role is critical to delivering projects within scope, time, and budget while fostering a collaborative team environment.
On a day-to-day basis, you will drive the delivery of multiple interrelated projects within a structured program framework. This includes planning and prioritising initiatives, managing resources and budgets, and ensuring adherence to governance standards and the Multiplex IT Delivery Framework. You will coordinate stakeholders across IT and business units, lead change management activities, monitor risks and issues, and provide clear reporting to senior leadership. From business case development through to benefits realisation, you'll oversee the full project lifecycle – fostering collaboration, resolving escalations, and ensuring a smooth transition of deliverables into BAU operations.
With previous experience managing large-scale IT programs involving infrastructure and network upgrades, cloud optimization, connectivity improvements, data protection and backup strategies, security and compliance processes, and system monitoring enhancements. The successful candidate will also bring a strong background in modern workplace solutions, enterprise application upgrades, and technology lifecycle management, combined with proven program management and stakeholder engagement skills.
The successful candidate will also have :
* 10+ years' experience leading teams of Project Managers and Business Analysts
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and project management certification
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Waterfall, PRINCE2, BABOK) and experience across the full project lifecycle
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and resources effectively while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
* A practical approach to problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution, with experience in change management and organizational transformation
