Job Title
As a Business Support Officer you'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly and supporting teams. You'll be the first point of contact for enquiries and visitors, while also assisting senior staff with administrative support.
This is a varied role that requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach. Responsibilities include:
* Being the welcoming first point of contact for visitors and enquiries
* Providing administrative support to senior staff members
* Coordinating office supplies and equipment
* Supporting staff onboarding and record-keeping
About You
* You are highly organised with excellent time management skills
* You are confident juggling competing priorities and solving problems on the go
* You are a strong communicator who enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds
* You are detail-oriented with good IT skills (Microsoft Office and databases)
* You have experience in administration (at least 3 years in a similar role)
