About the Role
This role ensures accurate document processing, organised document management, and effective coordination of compliance-related tasks, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the business
About the Job:
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform reception duties, including managing the front desk and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
* Raising invoices in Xero.
* Monitor the account mailbox and direct mail.
* Monitor stock returns.
* Support WorkCover documentation and compliance requirements.
* OH&S Documentation and customer compliance.
* Assist with health & safety administrative tasks and record-keeping.
* Manage insurance certificates.
* Manage office and board room housekeeping.
* Other general administrative tasks as required.
About You:
* Minimum of 2 years experience in administrative roles.
* Working knowledge of accounting software, hardware, and applications.
* Excellent typing and document formatting skills.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to manage time and effectively prioritise numerous projects at one time.
* Detail oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
* Reliable, responsible, punctual and dependable in fulfilling obligations.
