About the role
As a Permanent Part-time (up to 20 hours per fortnight) Home Care Services Employee supporting clients in Katanning, Kojonup and surrounding areas, you will be part of our BaptistCare At Home team that provides quality complex care and support to our clients in their own homes.
You may assist with a range of tasks pertaining to household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance and transport. You will also develop genuine connections with your clients and help them live their best possible lives.

* Earn $31.13 - $34.59 per hour plus superannuation, paid travel time, and $1.04/km mileage reimbursement (vehicle/travel reimbursement temporary increase of 5 cents per kilometre until May 2026)
Requirements
You will have an unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with Third Party Property Damage Insurance to transport clients. You will be a strong communicator with resilience and patience, and a proficient user of smartphone technology, apps and email.
