We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accessories Coordinator to join our New Vehicle Storage & Installation Center team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless delivery experiences for customers by managing accessory installations, coordinating third-party services, overseeing inventory, and ensuring compliance with operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Order Management:
Receive and verify accessory installation requests, ensuring accuracy of VIN, model, and delivery timelines.
Work Order Scheduling
: Create and manage installation work orders in Jodoo, aligning with sales contracts and deadlines.
Inventory Control:
Oversee accessory issuance, maintain accurate stock records, and manage replenishment of high-value items.
* Installation Oversight: Coordinate internal technicians and third-party vendors, track progress, and escalate issues when needed.
Quality Assurance:
Inspect completed installations for functionality, appearance, and safety before delivery.
System & Finance Coordination
: Ensure accurate settlement of labor hours, support financial audits, and reconcile records.
Damage Claims Management
: Document, report, and coordinate repairs for damaged vehicles through proper claim processes.
Operational Excellence:
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure compliance with PDI and daily settlement procedures.

Mandatory Requirement
