CJM Lawyers is seeking a professional, commercially minded Client Experience Coordinator to support client feedback, Google reviews and cross-sell activity across the firm.
This role sits within our business development and relationship management function and is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, strong with people, organised in follow up, and motivated to turn existing client relationships into further work.
About the role
This is not just a client service role. It has a clear sales and conversion focus. A key part of the position is identifying opportunities, having commercially aware conversations with clients, and helping CJM grow work from its existing client base.
You will:
* make client feedback calls following completed matters and settlements;
* encourage satisfied clients to leave Google reviews;
* identify service concerns early and escalate them appropriately;
* identify opportunities to introduce clients to other CJM services;
* support the conversion of existing clients into repeat and cross referred work;
* assist with reporting on feedback, reviews, complaints themes and client outcomes.
The role will operate with defined KPIs covering:
* call activity,
* follow-up,
* Google reviews,
* cross-sell opportunities,
* conversion outcomes,
* reporting consistency.
About you
You will have:
* proven experience in sales/business development and demonstrated success in generating new business;
* a polished and professional communication style;
* confidence speaking with clients by phone;
* strong organisation and follow through;
* the ability to build rapport and identify opportunities naturally;
* a proactive, commercially aware mindset.
Experience in legal services is beneficial, but not essential. Candidates from other professional services, relationship management or sales-based client roles are encouraged to apply.
