As the Senior Finance Analyst – Majors you will lead a small team responsible for all aspects of financial analysis relating to the Major Tenant function of the Australian portfolio of properties. Ranging from forecasting, budgeting, year end and all aspects of Major tenant lease administration.
* Lead Processes and Deliverables –Plan and coordinate the team to deliver key processes whilst managing stakeholders and adhoc requests.
* Financial Management & Reporting –Produce and review accurate budgets and forecasts for Major tenants, providing insightful variance analysis on movements at a consolidated portfolio level.
* Stakeholder Engagement –Provide analysis which promotes financial understanding and decision support to key stakeholders
* Major Tenant Relationships -Develop good working relationships with Major tenant stakeholders to ensure all financial issues and outstanding arrears are settled in a timely manner.
* Commercial & Strategic Analysis –Provide decision-making commercial support by preparing modelling and analysis across the portfolio.
* • Major Tenant Lease administration –Interpret lease agreements to ensure accuracy of major tenant revenue across the portfolio.
* Support the delivery of DD&C Finance scorecard initiative
What will set you apart from the rest?
* 2-3 years experience in relevant positions
* Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Excel
* CA/CPA qualified (preferred)
* JD Edwards
