ADD VALUE - THE ROLE
The Manager Development and Regulatory Services is a senior leadership role responsible for directing a multidisciplinary business unit that delivers development, compliance, public health and safety, and building outcomes for the Singleton community. This includes working collaboratively with the Leadership Team and across the organisation to support the community vision of a vibrant, progressive, connected, resilient, and sustainable Singleton.
As a key member of Singleton Council's Leadership Team, the role contributes to the strategic direction and operational performance of the organisation, aligning initiatives with the Community Strategic Plan, Delivery Program and Operational Plan. This position drives a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and customer service excellence, while ensuring compliance with legislative, financial and risk management standards.
With a strong emphasis on collaboration, leadership, and innovation, the Manager Development and Regulatory Services champions change and supports a workplace culture that reflects Council's values of accountability, care, adaptability, connection, and integrity.
This position is offered on a permanent, full-timebasis working 35 hours per week.
The total remuneration package for this position is $217,663 per annum inclusive of vehicle allowance, award allowances and superannuation.
