About the Role:
You'll be the proactive heartbeat of our Albert Park office—delivering exceptional front-of-house service while supporting high-performing agents with campaign administration. This isn't just reception; it's a fast-track role for motivated talent who spot opportunities and run with them.
Key Responsibilities:
Front-of-House Excellence
* Greet clients warmly, manage calls with poise, and create premium first impressions.
* Coordinate boardrooms, supplies, facilities, and office flow seamlessly.
* Handle enquiries and internal comms with efficiency and a positive attitude.
Campaign & Agent Support
* Prepare standout listing kits, presentations, suburb reports, and inspection packs.
* Provide tailored admin and marketing support to multiple top agents.
* Proactively assist sales, property management, and executive teams.
What We're Looking For
* Reception, real estate admin, or premium client service experience (but we love training motivated starters).
* Exceptional organisation, multitasking, and initiative in fast-paced settings.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel) and a polished, professional style.
