We're currently working on an exciting career‑enhancing full‑time assignment with one of our longstanding clients operating within the energy space. We're interested in hearing from an experienced M&A/environmental lawyer to join us and commence their LOD journey.
No assignment or day is ever the same when you’re working with LOD. Your remit on this assignment will involve advising on M&A transactions, all manner of commercial contracts and procurement matters, advising on HSE matters relating to large energy projects, in particular environmental approvals.
This is a great opportunity to diversify your experience and bolster your CV through a career with LOD. This is an initial 6 month assignment, with potential to extend.
To join us, you will:
Have at least 8 years PQE gained from top or mid‑tier law firms or in‑house (with strong legal training)
Be experienced in M&A, and exposure to environmental law
Be client centric - commercially minded, adaptable and able to hit the ground running
Enjoy partnering with businesses and managing stakeholder relationships
