Job Description The Role

As a Personal Banker on the Orange Branch, you will represent Beyond Bank Australia's core values and deliver an exceptional customer experience that aligns with our Customer Ownership Strategy. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with members, offering tailored banking solutions, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to care, integrity, and community. In addition to providing outstanding service, you will be expected to achieve individual performance targets that contribute to the overall success of the branch.

In the role you will
* Provide a local member‐owned banking experience to new and existing customers
* Proactively connect member needs to Beyond Bank's offerings through excellent listening skills
* Manage general enquiries and provide sound advice and information to members
* Contribute to a high‐achieving team environment with commitment to success and strong work ethic
* Manage member bank accounts, including opening, closing and overseeing transactions
* Collaborate with specialists in the business to deliver the best solution for the member
* Support members with lending solutions such as personal loans, credit cards and home loans, ensuring they fully understand product features, benefits, fees and charges
Qualifications

You are a caring and member‐focused person excited to learn and grow. You value integrity, especially when handling member information. Your teamwork and commitment to improvement will help us prioritize our customers' needs and satisfaction.

* Banking or financial services experience desirable, but not essential
