As an Instore Retail Trainer, you will play a crucial role in training and developing the retail teams to ensure they deliver exceptional service and drive sales growth. You will work closely with store managers and franchise partners to implement effective training programs and strategies that align with our clients brand values and objectives. You will also participate in roll out of new company initiatives and programs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for retail staff, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with store managers to assess training needs and develop customised training plans for individual stores.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training workshops, and practical demonstrations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of in-house training programs, providing feedback and coaching to enhance performance.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and sales techniques to continuously improve training content.
- Build strong relationships with store teams, franchise partners, and stakeholders to foster a positive and collaborative training environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all training activities.
- Travel to various store locations within the designated region to deliver training and provide ongoing support.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Previous experience in Retail Training, Teaching or L&D background
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment as a minimum requirement
- Familiar with ERP systems and Point of Sale programs
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer service principles.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to engage and motivate individuals and groups through training sessions.
- Proficiency in developing training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
- Flexibility to adapt training approaches to meet the diverse needs of different store teams.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to plan and prioritise training schedules.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- A valid driver's license/ own car and willingness to travel within the designated region.

A Police check will be conducted for the successful applicant. This role will require travel four days a week and some overnight stays. Full Australian Work Rights are required.
