**The Role**
Here at Connect Worldwide, we are looking for fundraising team leaders & campaign managers to join our Perth based operation. As a leader, you need to be able to support and grow a successful team of fundraisers who will be engaging with the general public inspiring them to support some of the biggest household name charities in Australia. Our teams come from a variety of different working backgrounds but we do have one thing in common. We are all incredibly passionate about the work that we do here and it motivates us to do the best job we possibly can.

**Essential experience**:
Experience in Direct Sales - generally
Experience in dealing with the Public face to face
Self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative
Face-to-face fundraising experience.
Experience in Events / PS / Venue sales specifically / D2D
