You’ll be our bridge-builder, relationship-multiplier, and growth partner.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Follow up leads passed directly from Phil (real estate, B&P, compliance, and service-based)
* Manage and nurture CRM, pipeline, and comms - nothing slips through the cracks
* Turn agents, businesses, and industry pros into long-term referral partners
* Represent our brands in person, online, and on the phone – confidently and consistently
* Build your own opportunities and get rewarded big for bringing wins to the table
* Keep the team tight with regular updates and energy that fuels results

* Master our systems, scripts, and client flow
* Secure quick wins from warm, ready-to-move leads
* Build and stack your own high-converting pipeline from Day 1
Month 4–6:
* Close self-sourced and revived leads — earn bigger commissions
* Cement agent and referral relationships in priority regions
* Land new B2B partnerships — get paid for every deal you bring
* Become the go-to for partnership momentum and follow-ups
Month 6+:
* Smash revenue milestones — unlock higher bonus tiers
* Step into bigger roles across Group projects (DigitalflowU, PoolSS, Equitii)
* Earn revenue share, commissions, and spot invites to national expansion trips
* Build your brand inside the Group as a trusted, invested future leader
