Overview
As a strategic business leader, you'll be at the helm of our digital systems, overseeing the entire operational technology stack to connect our organization.
This is a key role in our business, requiring a practical solution-oriented professional with a bias for simplicity and reliability over fragility. You'll work closely with various teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of the entire operational technology stack to drive business connectivity.
* Maintenance of security protocols, user access management, and data backups and safety.
* Shopify store administration, product catalogues, and accurate pricing listings across channels, including Amazon.
* Automation of processes using Shopify Flow or Zapier to minimize manual handling and ensure smooth order flows.
* Standardization of product data and tracking of key metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
* Day-to-day IT support for the team, from onboarding new starters to troubleshooting core applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in business systems, e-commerce operations, or IT administration within a product-based business.
* Proven experience with Shopify administration and marketplace management.
* Competence in integrations and API-based tools, with a track record of automating manual tasks.
* Strong documentation habits and clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
* A practical security mindset and experience with basic SQL or Python is an asset.
