Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Technical Library Support Specialist to join our team in Adelaide, Australia.
The ideal candidate will possess intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Packages, specifically MS Word, Excel, Visio & Sharepoint. They will also have proven experience working with Document Control and building Document structure and content in MS Word.
This role is ideal for an individual who prioritizes safety above all else and has excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the monthly distribution of physical document amendments (printing, packaging, and dispatch)
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date document management systems
* Provide administrative assistance as required
Requirements:
* Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Office Packages (MS Word, Excel, Visio & Sharepoint)
* Proven experience working with Document Control
* Experience building Document structure and content in MS Word
* Familiarity with document management systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexibility and adaptability
* A strong commitment to safety
Work Environment:
Monday to Friday Day Shift on a fixed term contract
