SHE-com CRO EXPERT COACH
SHE-com Millers Point, New South Wales, Australia
Full‑Time, Salaried Coaching Role
About The Role
You are a conversion‑obsessed expert with a sharp eye for UX and website experience. You’ve spent the last 3+ years deep in the trenches of successful e-commerce brands, running audits, optimising product pages, improving user flows, and lifting conversion rates. You don’t just know what a positive site looks like—you know why it converts. You understand mobile‑first behaviour and can spot leaks in a funnel in minutes. You’ve worked with heatmaps, scroll tracking, and A/B tests. You know how to turn customer confusion into clarity with better copy, smarter layouts, and intentional design. You’re also confident on camera, reviewing websites live, delivering content modules, and sharing CRO tips. You’re excited to become one of the faces of SHE‑com’s coaching team and genuinely care about helping female founders succeed, turning traffic into tangible results.
The Opportunity
This isn’t just a behind‑the‑scenes optimisation role. You’ll lead SHE‑com’s website and CRO coaching, guiding members through audits, hosting coaching calls, providing real‑time feedback, and appearing as a social‑media expert.
What You’ll Do
- Run detailed CRO audits for member websites, identifying blockers and giving actionable feedback.
- Deliver 1:1 and group coaching sessions focused on improving UX, CX, navigation, design, copy, and conversion.
- Host live training on conversion strategies, website best practices, and optimisation frameworks.
- Appear on camera across social platforms and inside programs as a trusted face of website optimisation.
- Help members understand their customer journey and make strategic site improvements.
- Teach members how to improve collection pages, product pages, checkout flows, and post‑purchase experiences.
- Provide practical, easy‑to‑implement copy and layout guidance for immediate impact.
- Create templates, checklists, and guides that help members implement CRO techniques quickly.
