Your Impact, with Us
As a valued Medical Secretary, you'll play a key role in providing quality care to patients with cardiovascular conditions.
Based in Burwood, you'll help improve lives and shape the future of our organisation.
Your impact will include:
* Ensuring smooth daily operations through efficient patient coordination and front desk management.
* Maintaining high-quality patient care with effective communication and support.
* Contributing to the practice's success by handling administrative tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience in a Medical Secretary, Personal Assistant or similar role, ideally within a cardiology practice.
* Strong multitasking and organisational skills, thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
* Be able to understand and review medical terminology.
* The ability to anticipate and accurately carry out Doctor's requests in the clinical setting.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions.
* A keen eye for detail, confident phone manner and experience using medical software.
* A compassionate, professional demeanour, maintaining confidentiality and fostering a positive atmosphere.
* Strong interpersonal skills to nurture positive connections with patients
* A collaborative mindset and a passion for continual learning.
It would be nice for you to have:
* Experience with Health Track software (or similar medical applications).
* Administration experience with cardiac ultrasounds and cardiac CT.
