Opportunity and Responsibilities
As a Senior Business Support Officer you will be responsible for providing high quality administrative business support and advice that is accurate, proactive and solution focused. You will support the Chief Psychologist in maintaining human, physical and financial resource management of the Child Protection Specialised Clinical Services operations.
You will also develop and maintain internal information and documentation, including discrete work on projects which support and improve business operations.
Your day to day may involve:
* Assisting in the development of the Child Protection Specialised Clinical Services Operational Plan
* Providing relevant reporting and analysis as requested across HR and finance to support the Chief Psychologist
* Maintaining and updating content to support operational requirements across a variety of formats, including web-based content, templates, publications and presentations
* Assisting in the allocation of the Unit's Budget and monthly forecasting activities
* Maintaining physical files via the electronic record keeping system and fleet management as required
