As a Maintenance Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day maintenance activities across the fleet. This pivotal role involves ensuring equipment reliability, managing a team and planning and scheduling servicing, inspections, and repairs.
* Plan and schedule routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance
* Oversee a team of technicians to ensure timely completion of work orders
* Monitor and manage maintenance backlogs and priorities to minimize downtime
* Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed
* Conduct regular toolbox meetings to promote a culture of safety and compliance
* Trade qualification in a mechanical or related field
* Proven experience in a similar maintenance supervisory or coordination role
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
