Who Are We? TeamKids is Australia's premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC). We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and during school holidays — delivering programs that kids (and families!) genuinely love.
The Role
As Program Manager, you'll work closely with a dedicated on-site leadership team, including a full‐time Director of Service and a 2IC. At our service, your leadership isn't from behind a desk; it's on the floor, in ratio, side by side with your team. We set you up to shine. This is a hands‐on role where you'll provide daily coaching, guidance, and practical support. You'll be a familiar, trusted face for families and children, while also being the steady presence that ensures everything runs smoothly. Think of yourself as the captain of the ship, steering the course, supporting your crew, and ensuring everyone arrives safely and smiling.
This is a permanent, full‐time role with 20 hours in ratio and flexible work‐from‐home options for your admin hours.
Service location: Located in Fraser, the service operates out of a half designated OSHC room, as well as a shared HIVE classroom for seniors and a fully equipped kitchen, access to the school's hall, undercover outdoor courtyard, fixed playgrounds and lovely grassed areas.
Work schedule in ratio hours Monday–Friday
* Before School Care: 7am – 9am
* After School Care: 3pm – 5pm
* Admin hours: approx. 18
You'll Be Responsible For
* Actively supporting and guiding your team during contact hours
* Building strong relationships with children, families, and school leaders. Overseeing all communication with families and the school.
* Overseeing environment setup and ensuring engaging, inclusive programming
* Uplifting and training your team to build consistency and confidence
* Embedding routines and structures that create calm, predictable, and positive experiences
* Maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and quality
