 * Lead and develop a team of junior consultants.
This is a key leadership position that requires strong experience in industrial relations and HR, with solid knowledge of the Fair Work Act and Modern Awards.
Key Skills and Qualifications
 * Strong understanding of the Fair Work Act and Modern Awards.
 * Ability to represent employers in the Fair Work Commission and SA Employment Tribunal.
 * Knowledge of workers compensation and the Return to Work Act.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Leadership experience and ability to develop others.
