About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Logistics Manager and based at one of our two sites, Regency Park or Dudley Park, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily warehouse operations. Your responsibilities include ensuring safety, operating high-reach forklifts, and performing duties such as order picking, dispatching finished products, stock management, storage, and housekeeping.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Accurately complete and dispatch customer orders promptly and in full using FIFO and a WMS system.
2. Receive and transfer stock to appropriate locations within the warehouse.
3. Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the work area and with equipment.
4. Prioritize safety and demonstrate the Detmold Way values consistently.
About You
Requirements:
* Strong safety focus.
* Current High-Risk license.
* Proven experience in warehouse operations and high-reach forklift operation.
* Knowledge of barcoding and RF scanning.
* Excellent work ethic and attention to detail.
* Strong computer literacy.
* Ability to work positively within a team.
* Willingness to learn and support warehouse development.
