Due to increased workload, they are seeking a senior client service team member to act as second-in-command, assisting with daily operations, coaching, mentoring, and managing complex queries and complaints.We seek candidates with a strong understanding of online trading products, systems, processes, and technology. Confidence in your knowledge and ability to train, mentor, and guide others is essential. We value individuals who enjoy resolving issues collaboratively with clients and team members.Key responsibilities include:Monitoring team performance and ensuring quality standards.Providing regular feedback to leadership.Handling client queries and resolving complex issues and complaints.Investigating problems and implementing appropriate solutions.Qualifications and experience required:A degree in commerce, finance, economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience in customer service within financial markets.Previous leadership or managerial experience in fast-paced, complex environments, preferably in financial markets.RG146 and ADA1 certifications are highly advantageous.Proven ability to manage challenging customers and situations.To apply, please submit your application.
