We are seeking a passionate Production Manager-Baker to join our team at The Trustee for Kim Family Trust T/A Bakers Delight located at Norton Plazawith a positive attitude to work in a team to provide excellent baking service.
This position will be reporting to our Bakery Manager and the job description includes but is not limited to:
* To manage the Production Team to produce quality bread and meet customer demand. Ensuring quality of raw materials and appropriate weight of the ingredients; Bake products in accordance with the Recipe Book and maintain knowledge of new products, equipment and baking procedures. Maintain knowledge of new products, equipment and baking procedures. Monitor and control the speed of production to ensure the product is available on time and review Production Sales Waste (PSW). Monitor and control the use of ingredients and toppings to prevent wastage. Coach and develop the Production Team on new products, equipment and baking procedures.; Communicate effectively with the bakery manager for bakery needs and assist in ordering and maintaining adequate supplies for baking operations; Should ensure compliance with industrial health and safety guidelines; Maintaining production procedures and ensuring all orders are done on time. To maintain the quality and stock control standards and achieve 5-star standards. Assist the Bakery Manager to check supplier compliance with WH&S and FSP requirements under the direction of the Bakery Manager.

* Baking and presenting quality products which meet our changing customer needs. Maintaining bakery cleanliness to WHS standards Working with other bakers in time flame adequately Assisting retail Sales Assistants as required
Apart from these efficient baker's excellence, you should possess the following quality
* Formal qualification in baking (preferable). At least three years of experience in a similar position Passion for baking Always available on Weekend Keen learning ability Excellent communication, time management and prioritising skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and adaptable environment.
