Key Responsibilities
Assist the Head of HR with daily operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Coordinate HR processes, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Manage HR documentation, contracts, and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Support training and development initiatives, ensuring employees have access to professional growth opportunities.
Assist in payroll administration and benefits coordination.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in HR administration, coordination, or a similar role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in HR documentation and compliance.
Strong communication skills, able to liaise confidently with employees and stakeholders.
A proactive and adaptable approach, with a commitment to improving HR processes.
Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
