Engage and influence senior stakeholders, advocating for service improvement approaches to address complex problems and opportunities.You hold relevant Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM qualifications, or equivalent experience aligned to enterprise agreement expectations. You bring proven experience in service, process, or business improvement within complex, multi-stakeholder environments. You have applied project management skills, including planning, scheduling, governance, and risk management for improvement initiatives.
