This role manages our amazing facility for our homeowners, who have chosen to downsize their home, but upgrade their lifestyle! We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering superb customer service, has top-notch administration skills and who is also passionate about the look and feel of the resort.
This role serves as the vital link between our luxury over 50's resort with the Operations team, ensuring that all the information required is communicated through different programmes, this is where accuracy is of the utmost importance.
Running the daily operations of the resort in accordance with company policies & procedures, cleanliness & safety, you will also support and lead a gardener in the maintenance of our gardens, grounds and facilities that add value, style and ambience to our resorts, ensuring that they remain in tip top condition at all times!
Reporting to the CEO, this is a Part Time role initially, with the requirement to change to a Full Time role as the Park increases in size and more residents move it.
A typical day may involve:
* Communicating effectively with residents living in the resort and working through challenges presented in a professional and understanding manner
* Administration involved with homeowner data and records, purchase orders, digital filing systems, various registers and resort data
* Managing the front office and performing any required administration tasks using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and any other programs.
* Ensuring that all common areas are of the highest standard
* Supervising the maintenance of the existing gardens and facilities across the resort and identifying areas that require refurbishing.
To be successful you will:
* Possess administration experience in a similar role
* Be proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook
* Hold a current Drivers licence.
* Excellent time management, organisation and communication skills
* Strong planning and problem-solving skills
* Love what you do, and do it with pride and passion.
