The Role
* Build and strengthen relationships with investors, property owners, developers, and family offices.
* Source and secure off‑market listings through trusted networks and strategic outreach.
* Lead capital raising initiatives for property acquisitions, funds, and joint ventures.
* Assess market trends, asset values, and financials to inform investment and sales strategies.
* Negotiate with high‑net‑worth and institutional investors to close major transactions.
* Collaborate with lenders, advisors, and legal professionals to structure complex deals.
