Position: Customer Solutions Agent (Permanent Full-Time) based in our Concrete Contact Centre at Kooragang. You’ll work Monday to Friday (9am–5pm) with Saturday overtime on rotation.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Receive and process customer orders quickly and accurately (full training provided)
- Learn about our plant production and truck network capabilities
- Track deliveries and update customers using our vehicle tracking systems
- Build strong, professional relationships with customers and internal teams
