The Boardwalk @ DQ is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated
Duty Manager
to join our vibrant and supportive team. Located directly over the water in the beautiful Dolphin Quay Marina, we are a fully licensed venue open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner.
We are looking for a hospitality professional who is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences, brings strong customer-focused energy, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
About the Role
Successfully managing daily FOH operations, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
Delivering and maintaining outstanding customer service
Training, supporting, and guiding both new and existing team members
Weekends, Evenings and Public Holiday availability are a must.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience supervising or leading a team (minimum 1 year preferred)
A proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail
Solid working knowledge of food and beverage service
Unrestricted right to work in Australia
A valid, unrestricted Approved Manager's Card
