The Role
We're on the hunt for passionate and self-motivated Mortgage Brokers who want to:
* Manage the full lending process from enquiry through to settlement
* Build a client portfolio and long-term customer relationships
* Access and compare a broad panel of lenders to find the best outcomes
* Work closely with property partners, referral sources, and internal lead‑gen
* Use our tech‑driven platform to maximise efficiency and close more deals
This is a commission‑only role with uncapped earnings, ideal for brokers looking to work independently, build their own book, and grow with a modern, forward‑thinking brokerage.

Who We're Looking For
* MUST HAVE Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking
* Ability to work under your own ABN (contractor basis)
* Motivated self‑starter with strong communication skills
* MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 yrs Experience in mortgage broking is preferred
* A genuine passion for helping people reach their financial goals
