Role Overview
The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, ensuring we hire high-calibre candidates to support our fast-growing dealership operations. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, managing job postings, coordinating interviews, and building a strong employer brand to attract talent in the competitive automotive market.
You will work closely with the HR Manager and department heads to forecast hiring needs and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job ad creation, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and define job requirements.
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key positions, including Sales Consultants, F&I Managers, Technicians, and administrative roles.
* Post job ads on Seek and other relevant platforms, ensuring content aligns with Harmony Auto's branding and compliance standards.
* Conduct reference checks and coordinate pre-employment processes.
* Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports for compliance and decision-making.
* Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
* Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices and Fair Work compliance.
* Assist in onboarding new employees to ensure a seamless transition.

Skills & Qualifications
Essential:
* Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the automotive, retail, or related industries.
* Minimum of 2+ years recruitment experience required.
* Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and Australian employment regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
* Proficiency in using job boards (e.g., Seek) and applicant tracking systems.
* Australian work rights are essential for this position.
Desirable:
* Experience in employer branding or talent marketing.
* HR qualification or working towards one.
* Knowledge of Fair Work Act and compliance requirements in the automotive sector.
