About the Role
The Senior Accounts Receivable Officer will primarily support the Credit Manager by handling higher‐level tasks and responsibilities. The role includes acting as an escalation point for the AR and Credit team, supporting staff with guidance and issue resolution, managing day‐to‐day AR, credit, and collections activities, reconciling customer accounts and investigating discrepancies, monitoring overdue balances, and collaborating with the wider finance and accounting team.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar position, ideally in a large environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong understanding of wider finance and accounting principles.
* Confident ability to talk and collaborate with a number of different people in different teams.
* Technical knowledge of large ERPs, ideally SAP.
