We are looking for a responsible, self-motivated Nursery Delivery Driver to join our Team.
Plant Knowledge an advantage though not essential - training is provided.
This role includes manual handling of container plants and trolleys, loaded and unloaded via the tailgate.
Key Responsibilities
* Manual loading and unloading of plants
* Securing loads according to RTA guidelines
* Deliveries to Sydney Metro and NSW regional areas (no overnights)
* General Nursery duties as directed by the Supervisor
* Be available to travel to our depot in Sydney for the induction and training process in the first week
Key Attributes
* Be fit and healthy (this is a physically demanding role)
* Willing to work as part of an all-weather, outdoor Team environment
* Follows directions easily
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Self-motivated with initiative to take action
* Friendly and helpful disposition
* Current HR drivers' licence - able to provide an RTA driving record
* Own vehicle and drivers' licence is essential (no public transport to our nursery)
