**The Company**:
An award-winning and highly established home building and development company, due to continued growth are looking to hire an experienced home building Estimating Team Leader into their growing team.
**Key Responsibilities of the Role**:
- Provide leadership, training and mentoring to a team of overseas production estimators to meet business expectations.
- Be responsive to on-site needs
- Foster a strong team culture and empower members of your team
- ETS Management
- Manage internal and external business relationships
- Reporting to the Operations Manager regular team updates
- Assisting and managing workflow
- Provide constructive feedback to staff responsible for errors to prevent reoccurrence
**Role Requirements**:
- Ideally, a minimum of 3 years experience in a Production or Sales Estimating role or prior estimating team leader/management level experience.
- Ability to work under pressure in a time-critical working environment
- Prior experience working for a volume home builder is a must
- Have a proven track record of great results
- Having a great attitude and promoting a strong team culture
- Working knowledge of the building and construction process
- Ability to multi-task
- Being very organised in your approach
- Advanced level experience using Databuild would be highly advantageous
