We're looking for a detail-oriented
Content Moderator
to help review and manage user-generated content across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is observant, fair-minded, and passionate about maintaining safe online communities in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Review, evaluate, and moderate user-generated content according to platform policies and guidelines.
* Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating material.
* Escalate sensitive or complex cases when required.
* Accurately document moderation decisions and actions taken.
* Maintain consistency and quality standards across moderation tasks.
* Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
* Collaborate with quality and operations teams to improve moderation processes.
Requirements
* 0–2 years of experience in content moderation, customer support, trust & safety, or similar roles.
* Strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
* Comfortable reviewing sensitive or potentially disturbing content.
* Excellent written communication skills.
* Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn moderation tools quickly.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Fluent in English.
* Based in Australia with legal right to work full-time.
