Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and guide a team of junior staff, while working alongside the Managers and Directors.
* Oversee tasks including management accounting, board report packs, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and succession planning.
* Partake in the client engagement process and provide client advice.
* Complete tax returns and financial statements for complex client groups, and work on various tax matters.
* Work with a diverse range of local clients including HNWIs, to help them achieve their financial goals.
* Host virtual and face to face meetings with clients.
* Review work and organise workflows for your team.
Skills and Experience:
* At least 3+ years of experience within public practice.
* Be technically adept with accounting standards.
* Be able to develop relationships with clients and team members.
* The ability to work independently.
* Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen.
