The Centre Manager role is a strategic position responsible for the overall management and operations of a retail hub. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering commercial results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Asset Performance: Drive and deliver strategic priorities that enhance asset performance, customer experience, and long-term value.
* Operational Management: Track sales and traffic data, monitor tenant performance, and drive centre commercial outcomes and tenant success.
* Innovation & Business Development: Lead initiatives that drive organisational improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
* Culture & People: Build a high-performing centre team by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in centre management with a strong track record of leadership and commercial results.
* Tertiary qualifications in business, property, or a related field.
* A Real Estate Licence (preferred).
* Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* A customer-first mindset with the ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
