ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a hands‐on training position designed to develop you into a Finance & Insurance professional within our dealership.
You'll be responsible for guiding our customers through their finance, insurance, and warranty journey – delivering a seamless and professional experience from start to finish.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist customers with finance, insurance, and warranty options
* Understand customer needs and help present tailored finance solutions
* Prepare and process loan applications with supporting documentation
* Coordinate approvals, settlements, and insurance cover
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legislative requirements
* Support the sales team to deliver a seamless customer experience
* Contribute to reporting and month‐end administrative processes
* Full training and mentorship will be provided.
ABOUT YOU
* Is eager to build a long‐term career in automotive finance
* Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Is well‐presented, professional, and customer‐focused
* Demonstrates strong attention to detail and organisation
* Is confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
* Works well in a team environment
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, banking, or administration is advantageous, but not essential. Attitude and willingness to learn are key.

This is a full‐time position and includes Saturdays. You will be on a five‐day rotating roster and the hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm (8:30am – 4:00pm Saturdays). You will need a Victorian driver's licence.
