About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Payment Support & Administration Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting our members/debtors with enquiries related to their existing loans.
Drawing on your strong customer service skills, you'll assist via phone and other channels to ensure a positive member experience.
You thrive in a dynamic environment, comfortably switching between handling administrative tasks and assisting with call queues, all while maintaining a high level of organisation and attention to detail.
Some of your key responsibilities will be:
Loan Servicing & Member Support:
Responding to inbound calls from members/debtors regarding existing loan accounts
Actioning loan-related requests received through various channels (email, website, etc.)
Managing service request and complaint cases efficiently through Salesforce
Handling returned mail (Return to Sender)
Making proactive outbound calls to support account servicing
Administrative & Operational Support:
Performing bank statement reconciliations
Managing invoicing processes
Maintaining accurate data records
Administering NAB Connect, including batch processing
Completing refund processing and loan finalisation reconciliations
