About the Role
This key role ensures our organisation meets and exceeds legislative, regulatory, and accreditation standards, promoting continuous improvement and clinical excellence.
The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Health, Aged Care, Quality Management or related fields, strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, and proven experience in a similar role within aged care or health services.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and Implement Quality Management System
* Maintain Compliance with Relevant Standards and Legislation
* Conduct Internal Audits and Manage External Accreditation Processes
* Oversee Risk Management, Incident Reporting, and Policy Governance
* Deliver Training and Support to Staff on Quality and Compliance Matters
* Collaborate with Internal Teams and External Regulatory Bodies
