**About the Role**:
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional property marketing and campaign administration support. This is an all encompassing sales support role where your primary focus is to ensure everything is on track and runs in a timely manner. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage all campaign advertising/marketing activities
- Market properties on print and digital platforms
- Coordinate advertising schedules and budgets
- Proofing all forms of advertising and marketing required for campaigns
- Liaise with suppliers and Property Marketing Account Manager's
- Ad-hoc marketing/administrative duties as required
**About You**:
We look for people who pride themselves on delivering great customer service and are proactive by nature. Combined with strong organisational skills, an eye for detail and the ability to adapt and be flexible with change and process. Along with this we are looking for:
- Extensive real estate advertising and administrative experience with high attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service skills and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic with a high level of resilience which enables you to work under pressure
- Demonstrates initiative and a can do attitude with a smile
- Previous experience with Box + Dice and Campaign Track preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships
- Ability to work effectively and harmoniously within a highly successful sales team
