The Opportunity
Corin Australia is seeking a dedicated and motivated professional to join our passionate sales team in Newcastle. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the achievement of sales objectives by developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing relationships within your designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
o Become well-versed in Corin's full product range, including implants and technology, to effectively meet customer needs
o Collaborate with both local and national sales teams to develop and execute strategic territory plans
o Provide in-theatre support, including the maintenance of instruments and products
o Lead educational workshops and in-service training on the safe and effective use of Corin products
Qualifications:
o A bachelor's degree in business, health sciences, or a relevant field
o Strong business acumen, with the ability to work autonomously and stay self-motivated
o Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively build relationships with surgeons and key stakeholders
o Ability to identify and leverage growth opportunities within the assigned territory
o Comprehensive industry knowledge, including awareness of competitors, client needs, and market trends
o A flexible approach to work, with the ability to travel up to 70% within the territory
