We are seeking a proactive and reliable experienced medical receptionist to join our growing ophthalmology clinic. As the front door of our business, the successful candidate will play an important part in shaping the patient experience from first contact through to treatment. Therefore, a dynamic individual with patient focused approach is a must.
A position has become available for a Senior Receptionist to join us part time / full time basis. The successful candidate will play a critical role in running of the practice as well as proactively updating processes as needed. You will be working collaboratively with practice manager.
Experience working in a specialist clinic is highly desirable.
Remuneration will be based on skills and experience.
CRITERIA
* Experience in specialist clinic
* Admin / customer service experience
* Understanding of Medicare Billing
* Basic Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
* Friendly, professional and confident communication style
* Excellent organisational skills and a vigilant attitude to accuracy

* Efficient time management and problem-solving skills
* Strong organisational and Multitasking skills
* Willingness to learn clinical terminology, booking pathways and new systems
