The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in HR, WHS, RTW, compliance, or governance, with relevant tertiary qualifications and strategic leadership experience.
* Human Resources Leadership: Partner with the HR Manager to ensure responsive and contemporary HR operations.
* Work Health and Safety (WHS) & Wellbeing: Provide strategic oversight to the WHS team, ensuring a safe and healthy workplace that aligns with legislation and best practice.
* Governance, Policy & Compliance: Supervise the delivery of internal governance and policy lifecycle management.
* Strategic & Operational Leadership: Act as a key conduit between executive priorities and operational delivery.
