This customer service focused role demands excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. You will support student enrolment processes and manage related enquiries; and assist education delivery centres by ensuring a seamless student journey throughout their course.You will work closely with internal teams, such as Enquiries and Admissions, Education Delivery Centres, and Student Records, to provide a smooth experience for students.
