High-Level Payroll Specialist
Key Job Responsibilities
* End-to-end processing of weekly, fortnightly and monthly pay runs in accordance with instructions, agreed expectations and best practice.
* Perform full function payroll tasks including on-boarding, auditing, reconciliations, terminations and superannuation.
* Respond to payroll queries and offer advice to key stakeholders on solutions to improving payroll performance.
* Process, maintain, and reconcile payroll accounts and provide reporting analysis to the management team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a high-level payroll processing position.
* Exposure to Australian payroll processes and legislative framework at a national level.
* Willingness and ability to work as part of a cooperative team to achieve team deliverables.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-focused position.
