Time commitment for this role
If you have two or more hours per week we would love to hear from you! Our clubs look for volunteers across a variety of days and interests. Availability is Monday‐Friday with activities in the morning and after lunch. You can volunteer between 9:30 am and 2:30 pm.
Types of activities you could be involved with
1. Chatting and board games

6. Pamper sessions
7. Art and craft
8. Cooking
9. Quizzes
10. Walking groups
11. Gardening, knitting, chess, or any hidden talents
12. Providing companionship to people with dementia (help with activities planned for the day)
Special clubs: Kinross club (pool table and projects), Alexander Heights club (gardening), Lefroy club (musicians), Bassendean club (all‐rounder).

How it works
The first step is to apply online via the Amana Living website. Create a profile and complete an application. We will arrange a meeting to discuss roles, locations, interests, and compliance. All volunteers receive orientation, further training when required, support and access to current information on volunteering and aged care. References available upon request.
